30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for new factory sealed and unused merchandise. We will exchange or refund the full purchase amount, less shipping, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations all adult novelties, adult toys, lotions, lubricants, and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects, in which only exchanges will be given (see below).​

Adult Toys 30-Day Exchange Policy
Due to health and safety regulations all novelties, adult toys, and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects. We will exchange an item received with a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of delivery for an identical item, no refunds will be given. If you receive an item which does not function:

• During periods of idle non-usage, it may be necessary to recharge prior to usage.

• Ensure that the product has sufficiently charged or try a new set of batteries.

If the item still will not function, please contact us for a return authorization.

Refunds
Credits will be charged back to the original method of payment. It takes approximately 5-7 business days for credits to appear on your statement.​

 

Refunding Shipping Charges

• If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly cover all return shipping costs.

• For returns made for other reasons, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

• To ensure a smooth process, all returns require prior authorization. Please contact us to request a return authorization number. Once approved, we’ll send detailed instructions to your email.

• Returns without an authorization number, or items not meeting our return policy guidelines, cannot be accepted.
